No you must be an existing LEBC client

How much does PFP cost?

PFP is free to you as a LEBC client.

Will PFP link to my existing LEBC records?

Yes PFP is directly linked to IO and when you register your account and investments will pull through.

Can I contact my adviser through PFP?

Yes you can contact your adviser securely through the app by doing the following:

  1. Press the Compose button on the Dashboard Messages widget or navigate to Messages from the side menu and press the Compose Message button.
  2. Enter a subject and your body content.
  3. The message is always sent to your servicing adviser

Will my data be safe with PFP?

Highest Level of Security: All your data is held in an extremely secure environment used by thousands of financial advice businesses and other financial institutions in the UK. Just like banks, users with modern web browsers will use the strongest 256-bit encryption to protect data in transit at all times. This is provided by DigiCert, a market leading provider of SSL certificates.

We also perform regular and comprehensive external auditing of our security by third-party experts such as NCC (the global information assurance specialist with offices in 24 locations across the world who supply cyber security services to the UK Government). This is to make sure that our systems can't be compromised.

Is there a desktop version of the app?

There is a desktop version of PFP.

What are Insights?

Insights are little snippets of information that relate to you and your portfolio, which are generated based on rules that either you or your adviser have set up in PFP.

How often will my accounts be updated?

PFP Premium will attempt to refresh your accounts on a daily basis, but the schedule is not at a fixed time, so there could be a lag between when PFP updates and when your bank has updated. If you have noticed that certain transactions are not showing, or if you need to import the most recent balance outside of the daily scheduled, you can choose to refresh the account.

  1. Navigate to Your Profile > Your Accounts
  2. Select the "Refresh Values" button
  3. PFP Premium will now attempt to request the most recent balance and transactions.

If I decide to no longer have a service from LEBC will I lose access to my documents which are stored on PFP?

You'll never lose access to the Portal and your documents even if you stop receiving a service from LEBC.
