Yes this app is available to everyone, all you need to register is a valid e-mail address.

As a valued client of LEBC, you may be offered the app at no charge. The usual cost is £9.99 per year for Android and desktop users or £14.99 per year for Apple (iOS) users. Please e-mail hummingbirdteam@lebc-group.com to find out if you’re entitled to a free version of the app.
The reason we charge non LEBC clients for Hummingbird is because we don't sell your data to third parties, it's as simple as that. Some other financial management apps might be free but they might be selling your data on to make a profit. We refuse to do this as we don't think it's fair to our customers and therefore will charge a subscription fee in order for our services to be used and developed.

Yes you can send a question through the contact hub and it'll be forwarded to your adviser. If you don't have an adviser we'll put you in touch with one.

There is a desktop version of Hummingbird. This can be visited at https://www.lebchummingbird.com/
If you wish to cancel your Hummingbird account you can at any time. To do this simply click on 'Settings' > 'Support' confirming as to whether you would like to unsubscribe from the premium service (which means you can come back anytime!) or if you'd like us to completely delete all your data and unsubscribe.
If you are experiencing problems with connecting one of your accounts to Hummingbird please take the following steps:
If you are experiencing problems with the automatic refresh of one of your accounts try manually refreshing your connection by going into 'Connections' > select the account that was experiencing problems > 'Refresh Connection'. If this doesn’t work please take the following steps:
Your accounts should automatically update at least every 24 hours, but please note that this may not be at the same time each day/night. If this isn't the case then you can manually refresh your connection through the 'Connections' page.
If this doesn't work then you can send us a message through the 'Settings' > 'Support' option within Hummingbird. We will take a look at your account for you to see if there are any technical problems and get them resolved.
