Experience
The majority of Tom's work is in the corporate market and employee benefits. I have been involved with management buyout transactions, advising the new management team on the structure of the new benefits package and implementing the schemes.
I also work with professional introducers and have a number of individual high net worth clients providing advice on investment planning and retirement planning including income drawdown and phased retirement.
