Tharik has 16 years' experience in healthcare insurance, including five years with Standard Life Healthcare and two years with Unum Provident.
Before joining LEBC Group he was the Risk Benefits Manager for Berry Birch & Noble whom he was with for almost seven years.
Specialisation
Tharik's main speciality is group private medical insurance, however he is also experienced in group life, group income protection, group dental and group travel schemes.
In addition, he has launched large voluntary group schemes to both employees and pensioner groups and is now involved with HR software platforms that can manage flexible benefits.
