He has considerable experience in advising employers on their employee benefits strategy, design, implementation and ongoing communication. Simon also has experience in DB to DC enhanced transfer exercises and CIMP/COMP bulk transfers and occupational scheme wind-ups.

Simon specialises in advising employers in the SME market with their Total Reward Employee Benefits strategy and design with a particular emphasis on Group Personal Pensions, Group Risk, Corporate Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
