Experience
Richard entered the insurance/financial services industry in 1966.Since that time he has held a number of senior positions with leading life assurance offices, a major bank and both national and local brokers.
Richard moved from Hogg Robinson Financial Services to Join the LEBC Group when it was formed in June 2000.
For the last 20 years I have specialised in providing solutions to the pensions and other insured employee benefit problems of small (i.e. 50 - 250 employees)companies in a variety of different industries both in the West and East Midlands.
