Advisers have the freedom to determine the appropriate route to meet their business production targets, effectively running their own business within the Group. An experienced team of administrators and the latest technology, including 1st Software's Adviser Office back office system, supports them.
Salary is dependent on experience and anticipated business written and includes all types of income: initial renewal, level and fees.
LEBC Group assists in generating enquiries and supporting advisers with marketing initiatives. It is essential that new advisers are able to generate business from their own resources through introducers and, or an existing client bank.
LEBC Group was formed in June 2000, with 4 branches and 10 advisers, and has grown to 11 branches and 56 advisers, with a turnover in the 6th year of trading of £6.7million.
