Commercial mortgages by their nature are generally a far more complicated loan to arrange than domestic mortgages. We have the experience in this field, having already arranged facilities for our clients.

Restructuring of commercial loans

We have gained considerable experience refinancing commercial loans in order to obtain a more advantageous arrangement. This not only relates to rates of interest, but also the provision of more flexible banking facilities and a closer relationship with the lending institution.
