Corporate Services Financial Counselling

In times of change, employees genuinely need independent financial advice and often find it difficult to know where to turn.

Many employers now see the provision of independent financial advice to staff as a major benefit, especially in the event of early retirement and redundancy.

Advice is available on a group or individual basis in the following areas:

  • Retirement and Redundancy Counselling
  • Mid-career Financial Planning Courses for Managers
  • Directors and Senior Managers Financial Advisory Service

Retirement

Retirement Courses normally take place over one or two days and often spouses are invited. The financial, health, leisure and emotional aspects of retirement are all covered.

Retirement courses can take place at the employer's premises, in a local hotel or other appropriate venues. Our experience is that 12 to 20 delegates is ideal.

Redundancy

In the unfortunate position that redundancies have to be made, the offer of free financial advice from an independent third party may be seen as a very valuable benefit.

Sponsored courses focus mainly on the financial aspects but can be extended to provide advice on preparing a CV, job searching and the other issues associated with redundancy.

Mid-Career

Time spent on a financial awareness course can provide long-term benefits to both employer and employee. For many years, LEBC Group has provided courses for employees at this important stage of their careers.

Topics traditionally include: current investment opportunities, minimisation of personal tax liabilities, school fees planning and mortgages, but can be designed to suit the requirements of the group.
